Poor Customer Service

Potato came the night I wanted in good shape and packaging, but I had made a simple request to change out the name on the package a few weeks in advance and never heard back from them. Seems like they're resting on their potato laurels, which is fair! Good for them. Happy potatoing

Could not have chosen a better gift !

I purchased a full birthday package ( with my picture on the potato !) for my Mom's 83rd birthday. She has everything she possibly wants, needs, but who wouldn't smile at opening a potato? To hear her immediately call, laughing hysterically (in the face of some cancer) was invaluable. Pick your spots, but for someone with a great sense of humor and a good sport, this is a great, original gift. Who wants a thoughtless gift card when you could have your very own potato !

Not the best

The wording on the potato is great. I don’t recommend adding a photo, they peel right off. I can easily buy a potato and do the same with a better sticker. Disappointed in that photo part.
