Hello from Athens, Greece!
The first time that I exercised with the DVD I thought that my friend that recommended it, hated me and wanted me to have a heart attack. I could' t finish it.
The second attempt was much smoother. I enjoyed it. I could understand that all the exercises were preparing my body for the splits. Sometimes it is a little quick for me and I have to hit the pause button.
Overall it' s a complete program that can be used everyday and I think that with my 2 attempts I lowered 2,5cm on my left front split.

I had the DVD 10 years now.. since it started not working I had to purchase the digital version.. I love everything about this DVD and how it keeps me in a program!!!
