Need to work on size consistency

The first two shirts I received were marked XL, but were the size of a medium. Perhpaps the shirts were actually female XL. I sent those back (at my own expense of about $10.00) and instead of getting two shirts in XL, they sent two shirts that were XXL. After washing the XXL shirts, they are close to a normal XL but a bit baggy. I gave up trying to get this right. I bet that if you bought American shirts (instead of Venezuelan shirts) they would more likely be true to size.

Ordered as a gift for a recently graduated EMT. He was thrilled!!
