Love this mat!

The product quality couldn’t have been better. Even the customer service department was wonderful to work with. When my mat was finally delivered and laid out we noticed there was an area on our Matt that had some cosmetic manufacture damage that was accidentally caught before shipment. However it was a quick email sent to AK Athletics with a few pictures and I had a customer service representative reach out to me very quickly and and told me that they were very sorry that they did not catch that during the inspection process before shipment and that they were going to expedite a brand new roll of the 13 x 13 mat that was damaged absolutely free of charge and I was able to keep the damage to Mat as well. I am beyond satisfied with the overall quality of this product and how their entire sales team works. I give them five stars for how they operate their business keeping customers, satisfied and true to their high-quality standards. Even with the little hiccup, I am 100% satisfied.
