I bought Power Repair Hydrating Facial Toner expecting polite hydration. Instead, my face drank it like it had just crossed an Arizona desert. No sting, no drama, just calm, dewy competence. My skin now looks well-rested, which is more than I can say for me. Annoyingly effective. Bottle deserves a raise. I should have started this YEARS ago when i was young.
