LOVE Diamond Bakery!

LOVE the local shapes of the Royal Creme Crackers! Makes an awesome gift! The individual packed cookies are great too! Easy to have at parties or small favor gifts.

Great with Our Coffee

We were in Hawaii and saw on the Marriott channel a story about Diamond Bakery. I want to try the original Graham and shortbread cookies but could not find those specific types. When got home I looked at the Diamond website and ordered a box of each. They did not disappoint. What I liked best about the Diamond shortbread is it's not heavy or dense as the Walker Scottish shortbread. Diamond had a great taste but didn't feel too heavy on the butter. Both the graham and shortbread cookies are great with our morning coffee.
