High rim, no spills or leaks

The pans are not only higher than regular springform pans, they also don't leak around the edges and are easy to clean because there are no sliding parts or hinges. I lined them with baking paper, which made the clean-up even easier and also somewhat offset the faster heating of the aluminum compared to steel pans.
