Making it right!

When I received the star ( to be a Christmas (Avent) gift for my sister) i was disappointed to find that the wrong colour was shipped. I called the phone number at the bottom and spoke with Kirsta, who apologized but assured me that she would make it right. And she did. She called back and suggested that I might like to keep the yellow star instead of sending it back when the correct colour arrives. I would just have to pay for the electrical bulb and cord set. The correct coloured arrived on Friday noonhour by Canpar and my daughter picked up the star to take to my sister today - and she has it in time for First Advent. Thank you! For starting me in the Christmas spirit this year. I know that this reads more like a story than a review, but that's what Christmas is about. Thank you for following through on making it right!
