Lifesaver

In lockdown when my prosthesis started to deteriorate suddenly. Have always thought I had to make an appointment for a fitting with a store which does not have on-line for these items. Delighted to find a store on-line, be able to chat online and find the ideal product was in stock. There was a slight delay in delivery but I am now very comfortable in my new version. Thank you for your help.

As I live remotely a lot of things require ordering online and I was so impressed with the speed in which my prosthesis arrived, the little extras like the cleaning kit (I have not receive these extras before) were a lovely surprise and the Medicare claim form attached with my purchase was another welcoming surprise as I have had to download them previously from other suppliers.
