Great for burgers, pancakes, veggies etc.

This is a great griddle. Super solid and heavy, which is good because that means it is capable of getting nice and hot and retaining that heat. I also have an electric griddle, which is handy, but it's not the same it can't get as hot. I love that you can use either side for the flat top or grill lines. It can also be used on a grill or over a campfire, but I haven't tried that yet. I'm treating mine with care so that it lasts for years, i.e. no soap on it and I recondition it with cooking oil between uses. Sounds tedious but it's well worth it.
