Invigorating but not super moisturizing

Lovely smell and generous size. It feels cool upon application and I do notice a slight depuffing around my eyes. It is not as moisturizing as I hoped; would be great for younger eyes and combination skin. My late 30s eyes are rather dry. I will continue to use it, but do not anticipate rebuying when finished. No milia though!!!
