Light, delicate and very flavorful. A bit nutty. Adds to and does not detract, alter or disguise other flavors. A wonderful discovery for my delicious flavors palette. Highly recommended.

Mild, light oil, good on salads, vegetables, bread. Good for quick chicken saute with La Dalia smoked paprika. Always well wrapped and packed. Quality oil.
