Viqua 650580 UV Sensor

Did not fix still flashing red for uv sensor. New sleeve. New bulb. So don’t know if sensor is any good Just ordered a new solinoid for 680 dollars more. To try it’s the only other thing I can change. But it is the new Uv sensor that is flashing red ?
