We used your knives at a well-respected restaurant in Pasadena, California, and purchased them when after we got home. These beautiful knives are heavy but well-balanced, with very sharp (not serrated) blades. The workmanship is evident in the detail of the metal work on the handles, especially the bees that are representative of the company. They are very sharp and we handle them carefully. They are the most beautiful steak knives I've ever seen.
