I bought five of these over a year ago and made this recent purchase of several more because I did not want to wear anything else. The sock is soft and woven so that there are no seams or knots in the fabric. Also they weave in some patterns that you can use to line up the sock when you put it on so that it fits perfectly. There are no bumps or seams to feel on the bottom of the foot. This helps in evaluating shoes where you can determine if the shoe has defects because you can feel them through the sock. Since the sock is 'perfect' any seams or bumps that you feel must be in the shoe. This has resulted in me throwing several pairs of shoes into the recycle bin. Also, since I am overweight, I find that I can walk further without any distress from my feet. So much so that I now am on an exercise program and am losing weight.

I have ordered these socks several times, one of the few socks I have actually worn long enough to wear out. They are comfortable, easy to put on, wash and dry well and do last a long time. The cotton and wool blend makes them very comfortable.
