Great fabric, inconsistent fit

I started loving the shirt. Bought 1 med, fit great. So I bought two more in different colors. One too large, the other too small. 3 shirts, same style, same size, 3 completely different fits. Shame, as I really liked the shirt. I wrote to customer service and got NO response. Lots of automated emails asking for review. So here you go.
