Case does not fit

I have an iPhone X-R—-there was no such model listed on your site, so I assumed (logically?) that the designation “X—X-S” encompasses X-R……. but it does not. The case is about 1/32 inch too short. So it’s not the case that’s at fault, it’s the precision of your communication.
