Perfect for tracking and mixing

I already had the plugin version and loved using it in the early eq'ing of a track. Now I use the hardware version just after my preamp while tracking, to provide the tonal balance and filter out the high and low end parts to focus the sound the way I want it. Easy to dial in the sound fast.

These filters stand on their own!

Bought a pair of Chop Shops to compliment another pair of EQs I own. Little did I know that as great as those other EQs are, that I would find myself reaching for these Chop Shops more and more! These are very effective filters, they sound GREAT and it is quick and easy to shape the sound I am looking for with them. I like this Chop Shop pair so much that I'm seriously contemplating more that can be devoted to "Lo Rider" duties. Yes, they are that good!

Bought the chop shop and I'm loving it! The sound of the tilt and filters are super musical and will get you "there" quicker. The unit's sound itself seems pretty transparent with maybe a little musical punch, and it's eq makes any source sound so good, so easily, and in a way that I just don't find with other EQ's. Wish I had a lunch box full of them! Definitely, 100% worth the price for how useful this piece is, and how good it makes any source sound with such ease.
