The finish, the color, the sturdiness, and the look… Love the bed. The bed and dresser were pretty heavy. We made a good choice by opting for the White Glove service. It was delivered to the room we wanted. The only black spot was the White glove service personnel wanting to leave after 30 minutes, leaving the assembly of the bed around 60-70% completed. Reason stated was that they have to make other deliveries and time allotted was only 30 min for delivery, unpacking and assembly. Had to pay extra to get them to finish the job.
