I used to be a food professional. Now retired, I’ve turned to creating meals for the elderly through my service organization, Soroptimist. When I received the taco seasoning and Mexican oregano, the scents were fantastic, sparking my imagination to create Mexican Quiches for sixteen senior meals. What a lovely pair of flavours! I don't buy my cinnamon anywhere else. This cinnamon has a robust, intense aroma and flavour. So much better than the stuff from the grocery store. It really is the best cinnamon.
