Unlike the person who obviously didnt read the description of the product, this is one of the best neckerchief cuffs I’ve purchased. Highly recommended.

I thought it was a wrist cuff. It's for the kerchief they make. It's so small I can wear it as a ring on my finger. Very dissapointing.
