AVOID THIS COMPANY I requested a refund as the dress was bought for its style & quality and it arrived deeply lacking either It took over a fortnight for the refund,I returned the dress to a Manchester business address I had to pay for my return postage (my fault I didn’t read the small print) and then I was deducted £9.99 from my refund balance of which I’ve not had an explanation for I can’t be bothered asking why!!!! It may take a while for a reply?!? AVOID AVOID Best off going to ASOS or SHEIN as they offer a better business model
