7' Artificial Kentia Palm Silk Tree

I wouldn’t say I liked how this plant arrived. The box was severely damaged. The plant itself has the proper shape, but it looks worn. It appears that I’ve had it for years instead of days. I sent pictures of the tree to Nearly Natural and expressed that I was not happy with the look of the tree. They were not willing to replace it with another one. The CS representative said there was nothing they could do. They felt there was nothing wrong with the plant. Never mind how I feel. Very disappointing. I have several plants from Nearly Natural, but I will not order again because of their Customer Service.
