Great Carry Bag

I love my beige Monos carry-on bag. It’s stylish, lightweight and easy to maneuver. The only downside is that the light color stains easily, but thankfully, it cleans up very well. Overall, I’m very happy with it!

Great Company, Product and Customer Service

I have owned my Monos Carry-On Plus for three years. Love how easy it is to glide through the airport. The inside has enough room for up to 10 days away from home for me. On my most recent trip, the zipper pull on my case broke off in the hotel. That night I looked up the warranty, submitted my claim and heard back from them the next day. The honored the lifetime limited warranty and hooked me up with a brand new case. I got it within the next week. Unbelievable customer service! I was able to take alot of the parts off the old case for recycling purposes. So that was also a win. The quality and care of Monos is unmatched in my opinion.
