2nd time having to use them! Never let me down. User friendly website. Quick ship. Hassle free (at a cost). But I'd rather deal with paying a little more then having to deal with this stuff or even delegating to a family member. Only thing it would be nice if you could choose your diaper bag. I didn't like the one I got with my first son but I did like the one I got with my second son.
