After several years of daily use, my cable failed. Ordering a new cable was effortless, new cable arrived ahead of schedule and was an easy install.

Cables are pretty easy to change out. My gear gets a lot of use so I’m very pleased to get about 3 years out of a set of cables. Product was delivered fast and was exactly what I ordered. No surprises just products that are ready to work.

Thanks for making it so easy to get a hold of replacement parts! These hold up great but somehow the guys always managed to break something so we keep extras on the shelf and it’s nice to be able to get a hold of those things
