snow globe with a bubble in the liquid
I ordered a snow globe but was disappointed when I opened it and saw a small bubble in it. I sent an email and received an email back the same day. I was surprised when I was told to keep the snow globe and give it to someone and I would be receiving another one in a few weeks, once it warmed up. I received my new snow globe with no bubbles! It's one thing to have an amazing product, but it's totally another thing to have amazing customer service too!!! I will be ordering from this company again. :)
