Minor issue with earring but good customer service

The back of the earrings was not an especially secure fit resulting in me losing one. I was however able to purchase a single earring - albeit the price had gone up a lot in the 6 months since I originally bought them- and the back seems to be much better. Can’t fault the customer service and the earrings do look very nice.
