The quality of the wood in the picture and the actual product is vastly different. It feels like they've used laminate instead of wood. The lower lip of the table has a rim that looks like it's made of dark brown cheap plastic. The walnut is more of a darker shade. Think of it as slightly lighter than dark chocolate. Very disappointed in what turned out to be a $500 dollar purchase including shipping. It might look great from a distance so it might be okay for staging. I'm never buying scandinavian design again.
