Painter Slim Jeans

Listing said 2% Spandex. Incorrect .

So I purchased my usual size 32 waist when there is spandex. It's just right fit for comfort waist if spandex. Jeans arrive. No spandex in waist. Contact HyperDenim they reply some of our older jeans has no give in the waists no spandex, maybe that is what you received . They told me as it was on special , no returns exchanges . If they had have listed it as old stock with no spandex . . I understand their policy. As I type the listing for these jeans still says 2% Spandex, still no up date saying what you will get is not what we have advertised . Not happy. Have offered no solution for money spent.
