The item itself is of great quality, but Im hav ing an isdue with costumer service. I needed to exchange the collar for one size smaller. When trying to do an exchange they didn’t give me credit for the original collar, but instead charged me for the new one and never sent me a label to return original collar. I tried to email company regarding this issue,but am getting no response.

I cheaped out and bought a collar on Amazon. I will never do this again The color was leeching onto my white Pekingese's fur. I bought this collar. It is elegant and well made and will last for years. I would recommend this for anyone who has a long haired dog.
