Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Yummy!

This was the best strawberry rhubarb jam I have ever had. The perfect combination between sweet and slightly tart. It’s especially delicious with goat cheese on crackers and on my popovers every Sunday.

Like my favorite pie on a spoon!

Whenever I get the urge for strawberry rhubarb pie, which is quite often, I reach for a jar of Sue's jam, microwave a bit and pour it on vanilla ice cream. HEAVEN.

Rhubarb delight

Haven’t had anything rhubarb for decades. This jam was wonderful and brought back many fond memories of earlier times in my life.
