I was looking forward to receiving this windpole and displaying the 16' solarmax patriotic flag which I ordered elsewhere due to price. The windpole looked scratched on the outside appearing to have been a return. After installing flag and standing up it retracted shortly thereafter as well . Tried again and again numerous times and still retracted. Tried to tighten and turn each section more than before and it stayed overnight but retracted again by morning. I feel this pole is defective and a new one should be sent. I am very disappointed in the quality of this pole. I need a pole to display your flag which by the way is beautiful. I love all your spinner products which I own but this pole is purely defective. And the strings are too short.

Windsock pole

Had some trouble with top telescope piece which kept fall inside tube. But after a super tightening it now stays in place . love it. The wind sock still get tangled up even with the special swivel hook.

Sturdy

Have used this product before, so I ordered one. Easy to use and reasonably strong. Stay within its limits and it should last many years.
