Candle kept going out
The candle would not stay lit. We twice tried to contact customer support and never received a response. Had purchased before so this was disappointing

Nice candle, customer service…lacking
The candle is great, classy, sophisticated, nice modest warm throw. I requested information about buying a lot of candles, twice, and got no response from the company.

Great Smell, Great Quality
I would definitely buy from here again, although not often due to the high price. But the candle lasts a long time, and the smell (I got Fireside) is phenomenal.
