First the product is just what I was looking for. The pictures are great quality. Modern and the subjects are captured perfectly. Just great moments for me. I placed the order and it was delivered promptly. The shipping packaging was well done. One of the pictures Was not what I ordered. I let them know as soon as I opened it. I received a notice from Tom at Holy Cow that they were sending the correct picture out the next day at no cost to me and to keep the other one. I received the new one 3 days later. You can't do better than that. Thanks Holy Cow!
