My delivery of Golf Pride grips and Winn putter grips

The product is great, it's the packaging I have a problem with. I ordered Golf Pride grips and the Winn 15" putter grips. I appreciate the free shipping, but on a $100 plus order, you could upgrade your packaging to a box. My order came in an envelope and my Golf Pride grips have been flattened. It's been 2 weeks since I received them and they don't go back to their original shape. The Golf Pride grips are FLAT from the middle area of the grip to the opening. I suppose once I install them, they will be fine, but I think you could ship them in a box and eliminate this issue. Thankfully the Winn putter grips did not get flattened or I would have requested a replacement on these $18 grips.
