Ordered item online,easy enough to do. Order arrived as promised. The directions don’t exactly tell how to get the spacers onto the rod, but a email to Customer Service solved the problem very easily. So if you are having difficulty putting your spacers on. Put your spacer on a hard surface and push the rod onto the spacer, once the spacer is on the rod you can move it to the desired position. Pretty much same with the end cap. After that little bit of information, my spinner is ready for summer. I have the flip-flop spinner with flag.

Finally got them

Tried ordering these last year in Oct. for Christmas gifts. But the we’re O/S. Finally saw them in stock and ordered them for Mothers Day. They love them.

Happy overall, but the spacers were very small and a little hard to install.
