Good quality thumbsticks
Purchased these probably about three months ago and have been working great. I had another brand previously and they fell apart and didn't fit well. These fit great and don't feel like they will come apart

Good
The thumbsticks I received came on time and in perfect condition. Also the repair kit worked as advertised no complaints there either. The only issue I have is that the thumbsticks got dirty and changed color way to fast. By the end of the first week they were no longer white. But overall good product.

Great thumbsticks. Unfortunate slight incompatibility. Custom modding used.
These thumbsticks were exactly what I was looking for, normal everyday Xbox One stock thumbsticks in various colors; I purchased black, red, and blue. They're perfect for what they are, but in my specific case they didn't quite work the way I hoped. I planned on using them for my two PS5 Dualsense controllers, but when assembling them back together, the sticks were pressed up against the front face plate of the controller around the friction ring, causing the sticks to get stuck and have no freedom of movement. What I found was the curvature of the base dome portion of the Xbox sticks was a little shorter and flatter than that of the PS5 Dualsense sticks, and the contour of the Dualsense did not accommodate the space needed for these particular sticks. I did manage to get these in a workable condition by using four methods: 1) shaving the analog module stem down a few millimeters with an emery board to gain a bit of vertical distance away from the front face plate, 2) using a pair of pliers to GENTLY grip the bottom edges of the dome and pry them slightly inward, 3) not fully tightening the screw that secures the plastic "shelf" which holds the battery inside the controller and the PCB to the controller housing, and 4) NOT securely clipping the bottom two clips near the 3.5mm headset port. All of these add incrementally more play for the sticks to move more freely without feeling as much friction from the face plate. There are still precise points where I can feel it rubbing ever so faintly, but I can manage with it. Fortunately I didn't need to do these mods with the controller using the blue sticks, but the one with reds did need it. I will note that while I was trying to be as careful as I could, in the process of shaving the red controller's analog module stem down, one of the soldered rumble wires became disconnected so I had to cut that controller's rumble connections. Another unfortunate price to pay but I still have a spare so not really that big of a loss for me. These controllers are both version 1 models (FCC ID ending in "ZCT1") but apparently not all are alike. YMMV with Xbox One sticks on a Dualsense. Otherwise, I have no complaints with the sticks themselves and will likely use the rest of them to replace the ones on my Dualshock 4s when those wear out (they work flawlessly on my Dualshock 4s might I add. I've replaced the sticks on four controllers with them, both version 1 and 2).
