After Shave Balm - Scented

Good product / nonexistent communication and followup with the order.

the aftershave lotion is excellent however the attempt to reach the store by phone or by email proved to be futile. Consequently, there was confusion about the blending of the scents I ordered; so, I received two 8oz containers, one of each scent rather than a two 8oz containers with the scents blended. My follow up with the store as yet to receive a response. I can work with the order blending the scents myself; thus, I was not seeking a replacement but it would have been encouraging to have received some contact from the store regarding my issue.
