Especially good if you have trouble tying very small flies to leader. Grab fly by hook end and squeeze handle to lock pliers jaw. You now have stable platform to push leader through hook eye and tie fisherman's knot. Good seller, fast shipping. All highly recommended.

Mystic Zip Retractor w/ Pliers Combo

This was the the second set of the combo that I purchased. They replace my nippers and hemostats and are heavy enough to get the hook out of the jaws of a big fish. The first pair stay on my sling pack and at this price I got a second to go on a lanyard with a hook hone for when I'm fishing light.
