Terrible Customer Service

The sizing on the coat when it was delivered did not match the sizing on the website so I initiated a return. It took well over a week to get confirmation from the company of how to complete the return, I had to pay for shipping (which cost more than the shipping I had to pay to have it delivered), and I have yet to receive the refund despite it being delivered to their office two weeks ago. The coat looked nice but I would never buy another product from this company or recommend them to anyone.

Exchange Problem

The quality of their products cannot be questioned. But they have a strict two week return limit. I originally bought this jacket in early December in another color and sent it to my niece for her dog as a Xmas gift. She didn't like the color and sent it back to me after the first of the year. .I ordered a new one. However, by the time, I asked about returning the original purchase the company said it was too late. Now, I am stuck with a dog puffer. Doesn't fit me. What to do?? And, I think a bit unfair.

Looks good and keeps my dog warm

This is my dog's Love Thy Beast 2nd puffer jacket because I love it on him and it really keeps him comfortable in cold weather (and it was on sale!). Every where we go he gets compliments about the jacket - the color and the style.
