Necklace - UCC Cross / Crown / Orb

It sadly came terribly tangled. I was able to fix it, but doing it with chain isn’t easy. Beautiful product though, it’s everything I hoped it would be.

After wearing only once, the part that touched my skin (about 1/2 of the chain) turned color. I have tried using a jewelry polish but it doesn’t help. I did not have this problem with previous necklaces of the same design. The metal seems cheaper, as it’s a brighter gold color, more yellow than a natural gold color. This is what I wear when leading worship and performing pastoral duties. Usually people compliment the pendant design, but I’m embarrassed to wear it due to the discoloration, and I bought two, with both having the same quality issue.
