Severely disappointed

I used this hairdryer for the first time today since buying it in January. I bought it because I had a previous Gek hairdryer for many years which recently packed up on me and also because of the previous good reviews. Unfortunately I am highly disappointed the heat and power settings on this dryer are great but unfortunately no matter how many times I tried the pick comb attachment constantly pops whilst trying to dry your hair making this dryer unusable. I got my mum to use it as she has a different hair type to me and she had the same issue pick constantly pops off the end whilst using. Such a shame as my previous Gek dryer was amazing this was a waste of £55 I wouldn't recommend
