I ordered a ring for my husband and got the band size completely wrong. Between exchanging it (TWICE) for the correct size, ordering another style because he liked that one too, and the USPS losing our packages, the customer service team at The Gold Gods did an EXCELLENT job handling my concerns. They were always polite, patient, and offered as much help as they could to make sure we got our rings. I would definitely order from them again, and recommend them to anyone. Also, my husband loves the rings! He's washed his hands with them several times and even worn them to bed and they haven't tarnished, faded, or irritated his skin. He ordered the white gold and has had no issues at all.
