Product is great, instructions leave a bit to be desired

Very good -- works as described in the store. However, the video on the product page appears to be outdated. And the tiny instruction book doesn't adequately describe how to download from the device to a computer. On request, the Help Desk provided a more extensive instruction document, which helped. It didn't provide a solution to the download issue, but pointed me in the right direction so that I could figure it out myself. All that said, this is a wonderful product, well worth the reasonable price.
