I have found that over the Covid years, meaningful service, that's actual service has declined. I asked Acoustic Centre about a small, but important detail, and they ACTUALLY GOT BACK TO ME. Very refreshing and then the order was on its way PRONTO. Thank you.

Brilliant service

Great product but better service from the AC team. Never had a string break on a setup but I copped a break at the tuner peg which was super weird. Only asked them if they'd had problems, their response was no but here's another set! Legends. That's above and beyond expectations in my book!
