Not only is this an amazing product that is insanely well made and easy to put on my very energetic 11 month old lab mix, but the customer service I was given was above and beyond! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and sent them an email. They personally packed my order to ensure even though I made a mistake that I received the right size. They wrote me a personal message on my receipt when I received the order and everything was packed and wrapped SO nicely. The attention to detail that this company has is amazing and as someone who lives in the PNW this is the BEST hiking pack to make sure all of my boys essentials are with him at all times. 100/10

Great product. Got the XL for my 100 lb Dogo it fits perfect… and he loves wearing it..only complaint is with the shipping. It took about a month to get.. was tracking the package and watching it go pack and forth from Atlanta to Colorado when I had it shipped to NC. Not sure if that was on wolf republic or UPS but if I had to do it again I would just purchase a product of Amazon so I can guarantee expedient shipping. While I like the idea of supporting small business customer service was horrible as wolf Republic would not respond to my emails when I tried to find out what was happening with my shipping.
