Coffee & Vanilla Soy Candle

Amazing scent!

I bought this candle as a gift for friends who are very picky about their candles. They loved it!

Just What I Wanted!

Everyone else's coffee-based candles are really sweet and tend to be like a flavored mocha, pumpkin latte, etc. But this candle ACTUALLY smells like roasted coffee beans - wanted home to smell like a coffeeshop for an indoor date idea. I searched high and low until I came across Nightshift, and it's exactly what I hoped for. The notes of vanilla are just right too, like a splash of creamer in a freshly brewed cup. Highly recommend trying if you're curious!

Disappearing wick

I had one of these candles before in my office and loved it. I bought the larger size and burned it for one afternoon and the wax puddled in the middle and there was a liquid lake in the center of the candle. The hard wax remained much higher on the sides. Finally, the wick burned to the same level as the liquid wax in the center and went out. Now the wick is at the same level as the wax and will not light. I’m going to have to scrape and scoop the wax off the sides and the middle to get it below the wick again. Very disappointing for what I paid for this. Perhaps I should have stuck with the smaller size that didn’t have that issue?
