Returned hat
I made a size error when ordering a hat for a 17 yr old family friend. After the embarrassing error (I am a pensioner) I had to return the hat for a bigger size. The web page made it easy and absolutely no issues getting a bigger size, and in time for Xmas. Thank you Akubra!
