The Salmon is the freshest I have ever had! I made a mushroom risotto and placed the fillets on top. Everyone loved it. The selection is always amazing and the added bonus of door to door delivery is a bonus.

Just as it Claims, Great for Sushi!
We make our own sushi when we think we can get best-quality fish, and this salmon was perfect. Even the family members who usually preferred tuna fought for this salmon! Really excellent.

Their salmon is wonderful. I tend to prefer a more pink meat vs the darker red. It’s all sushi grade with thin lines of fat that render when cooked properly to make for a delicious moist fish weather grilled or pan roasted. However i enjoy it raw. I rarely order sushi anymore because it’s just not as good as Sven.
